This is a tale of two emails, one more effective than the other.
A reader asked me to address a punctuation problem she sees: "punctuation being used incorrectly when quotation marks are involved." I'll tell you why we have this problem: There are different rules for two sets of punctuation.
Bonus points if you convey your message repeatedly in multiple ways and get input from beneficiaries as you work on your plan.
